INSTRUCTIONS
Things we make often tell the most about us or reveal what is deep and important to us. Dust Jacket is something I’ve made as a means of sharing my experiences (read the project statement) and I am requesting that you share something you’ve made or thought in exchange for it. To receive the free download, send in something of your own creation that describes a part of you. It could be a candid thought or a journal entry, a drawing you’ve been working on for months or a photograph you accidentally took thirty seconds ago. It could be a song or video, an image of something you are building, or it could even be a single word. Whatever you send, it should be something honest or candid; something that shares your experiences and represents a perspective, a worry, a passion, a wonder, a belief, a hope, an epiphany, a pain, a story, an idea, etc.

This project has two goals: to encourage the sharing of honest thought and to encourage creative work as a means of communicating it. There is no need to be a skilled artist or poet and if you are stumped, try looking through the entries that are already posted for ideas of something you could contribute. When your submission is received, you will receive a reply email within 24 hours including a link to the download and your submission will be posted anonymously in the gallery.

GUIDELINES
- Email submissions can contain either plain text (2500 word max) or a jpg, mp3, or mp4 attachment
- All work should be original; no borrowed words, images, video, etc. (borrowed music in videos is okay)
- Specify if you have a title or caption to include with your work
- Please no websites or photographer credit on images
